IN CHARACTER
PHYSICAL AFFECTION: While Teddie tries to respect boundaries, he may sometimes accidentally overstep if his emotions get the better of him.
PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: If he's in costume, he's able to be treated like walking slapstick humor. While it's unlikely for much to be able to kill him, he'll still feel the pain.
RELATIONSHIPS: Too innocent for anything romantic or sexual. He likes to have lots of friends, though.
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Able to sniff out people if they have dungeons in the Persona 4 TV World, although a description of the person's personality is needed at minimum to get the vibe of the person.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: Able to harness the power of his Persona, Kintoki-Douji. While in standard Persona 4 it has ice focus, his version has nuclear skills instead.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: No skeleton or internal organs. When his human body is in his costumed form, he can shrivel up to a flattened state and move around to squeeze through tight gaps.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
VISUAL: Two separate forms. His costume form is that of a large round bear mascot with blue fur wearing red and white. The face of the costume is able to emote. His human form is that of a white teenager with perfect skin and blonde hair, and he wears a white button-up with frills with a flower attached to it, alongside black slacks and shoes.
AURAL: When in costume, he has a higher pitched, slightly shrill voice. When out of costume, his voice is a touch lower in pitch and has an air of smoothness to it.
OLFACTORY: Probably smells like a beautiful spring afternoon all the time, or something.
DEMEANOUR: Has a pretty innocent but extremely curious demeanor. He's usually happy-go-lucky in social scenarios, but in combat scenarios, he's driven, while remaining quite silly.
